SME owners live on Wolf platforms: REPORTED platform counter.
Every UK IP catchment, priced by its size
121 postcode areas and 379 seats: three in each area, five in the eight Metro areas. Price follows the number of SMEs in each catchment: Small, Standard or Metro. Red is open, amber is in discussion, blue is reserved on a 7 day hold, green is taken. Tap an area to see its size, seats and price.
Seat prices by area size
Each area is sized by the number of SMEs on the Wolf platform in it. One price per size, the same for every firm.
| Size | Areas | Seats per area | Build setup | Monthly | Year 1 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Small | 30 | 3 | £3,750 | £195 | £6,090 |
| Standard | 83 | 3 | £5,000 | £295 | £8,540 |
| Metro | 8 | 5 | £7,500 | £395 | £12,240 |
All ex VAT. Metro: Birmingham, Bristol, Reading, Sheffield, Nottingham, Leicester, Leeds and Manchester. Neighbouring areas are grouped into packs; take a whole pack from any area card. SME counts are REPORTED from the live platform base of 439,177; sizes are a WOLF ASSESSMENT.

How a seat works
Show the 4 stepsHide the steps
- The owner asks for help
An SME platform client opens the debt and insolvency tab in their Passport account.
- Up to three firms are shown
Every seated firm in the owner's postcode area appears, at most three, or five in Metro areas, in random order. No firm pays to rank higher.
- The owner consults and chooses
The owner can speak to every firm on show and appoints the one that convinces them. Wolf never chooses.
- Open seats go to the first paid firm
A seat is taken when a firm's build setup is paid. Taken seats are never resold in that area.

All figures on this panel come from measured platform demand, August to September 2026 (debt and insolvency tab 0.15% a month, broadcast 0.93%, 34% insolvency, 90% choose a firm, 45% appointment), spread by Wolf's own SME clients across the 121 areas, at most three firms in each. Not a forecast of what any firm receives.
The appointment may arrive with an asset
Every Passport carries the company's identified claim estate, quantified before your firm engages and carried in with the file.
Every Passport carries the company's identified claim estate, already paid for through the seat. It belongs to the estate. Wolf takes no fee at the claim stage. Tap an option to see what it does with it.
Pass it to the panel solicitor
The estate keeps the claims. A platform panel law firm prosecutes them on CFA and ATE. Recoveries go to the estate. No Wolf fee.
Nothing is spent by the estate. The panel firm carries the cost and the risk under its CFA, with ATE cover on adverse costs. The office holder instructs, reviews and receives, and the firm reports through the Estate Pack.
Sell it to a funder panel
The office holder sells the claims outright to a funder on the platform panel. One cash price on completion, straight into the creditor pool. Nothing further owed either way.
A single sale and assignment. The price is set by evidence class across the estate, paid on completion. No deferred share, no clawback, no further reporting. The funder pursues the claims through solicitors at its own cost.
Prosecute the claims in house
The estate keeps the claims and the firm pursues them with its own team, using the Wolf Estate Pack and module. Recoveries go to the estate, costs as office holder expenses.
The firm runs the claims itself from the certified evidence, with the Estate Pack as the working file and the module tracking each position. Finance product positions go through the firm's own or a panel solicitor. Time is charged as office holder expenses in the usual way.
Offered after appointment, to the office holder only, on identical terms with or without a seat. The platform holds no interest in any outcome. Finance product claims are pursued by solicitors only.

Two distinctions no other route carries
Upstream from a Google search
By the time a director searches for an insolvency practitioner, every firm bidding on that search sees them at once. The line reaches the business owner earlier, inside a platform they already use, before the search is typed.
Each business client brings a claim estate 12:12
Twelve claim categories across twelve months, one a month. The claim estate builds on that cycle, is quantified per position, and travels with the file as estate assets that could cover the appointment fee.

The Insolv Consumer PI Cube
The same hand raise principle, for individual consumers seeking personal insolvency advice. In testing now, launching early 2027.
| Search, PPC and SEO | An Insolv Cube seat | |
|---|---|---|
| When the owner is reached | At the search, once the owner has decided to look | Inside the Passport account they already hold, before any search |
| Who else is in front of them | Every firm bidding on the same terms | At most three seated firms, five in Metro areas, in random order |
| What arrives with the owner | A name and a query | Company details, the director's consent, debt bands and a quantified claim estate |
| What you pay for | Clicks and rankings | Build setup and a fixed monthly per area. Nothing tied to any appointment |
Questions from compliance officers
Every firm holding a seat in the director's postcode area is shown, up to the seats that area carries, three or five in Metro areas. Wolf applies no ranking, scoring or matching between those firms, and what a firm pays does not change who is shown.
Read the Insolvency Practitioner Regulation AssessmentFirms appear in a neutral order that varies between clients. No position is bought and no firm holds a permanent place at the top.
Read the Insolvency Practitioner Regulation AssessmentInfrastructure only: the build setup and the monthly fee for each postcode area. Nothing Wolf is paid depends on any introduction, appointment, realisation or recovery.
Read the Insolvency Practitioner Regulation AssessmentNo. Nothing on the platform advises on solvency, insolvency or any procedure. All advice sits with the licensed practitioner the director chooses.

Our Detailed SME Database
The build trajectory: 439,177 SMEs live now (REPORTED), circa 1m by December 2026 and circa 2.4 million by July 2027 (WOLF ASSESSMENT), each on the platform with a unique portable certified Claim Passport account.
Every record is a live, monitored business, refreshed every 24 hours and scored by Insol Intel for insolvency probability. Signals are read against the whole population, so every hand raise arrives with its score attached.
Our Solicitor & CMC Claim Platforms
Millions of consumer accounts, with business owners and directors among them. The platforms are contracted to offer those SMEs one click instant access to our Free Business Claim Passport account.
Our Free Business AI Passport
Our BusinessAIPassport.com. Free to the business owner, opened by the director's own act. The SME's hand is raised for IP help and assistance inside the claim account they already hold and their claim passport is passed instantly to the catchment listed IP firm.
Watch SME accounts move through the claim process on the platform. At the decision point a proportion put their hand up to speak to an insolvency practitioner, and progress to an SME Passport and a Certification Certificate. The start point is the observed intake below: circa 1,331 hand raises a month from the 14,310 live monitoring cohort. Widen the base to extrapolate at the same observed rate.

SME Business Passport

AssessmentStage 03 is anchored to the observed figure of circa 1,331 hand raises a month from the 14,310 live monitoring cohort, August to September 2026. Register and SME base figures are extrapolations at that same observed rate, and stages 02, 04 and 05 are modelled conversions. None are published performance data.
The monthly enquiry numbers behind the line
Within the month, August to September 2026
Each send goes to the same 14,310 SMEs. The two routes do not behave alike. The tab disperses across the month and lifts into month end, when VAT, PAYE and rent fall due. A broadcast peaks three to five days after the send, then falls away to nothing. Both months ran to this shape, which is what these two mechanisms normally produce. What is unusual is the level, not the pattern.
| Days | 1 to 7 | 8 to 14 | 15 to 21 | 22 to 30 | Month |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tab route | 88 | 94 | 106 | 225 | 513 |
| Broadcast | 613 | 148 | 25 | 32 | 818 |
| Enquiries | 701 | 242 | 131 | 257 | 1,331 |
Daily figures spread each month’s total across the observed shape rather than counting day by day. Both months ran to this pattern, two sends apiece. The second send is drawn but not counted.
Base counts are platform counters. Enquiry totals are the observed rates applied to that base, not a forecast of what any firm receives. The second monthly broadcast is excluded, and the two routes are not deduplicated against each other.
Where the line changes hands
Stop 10 is not a stage in the journey. It is the point at which the file stops being ours and becomes yours, carried there by the client's own instruction. Everything before it happens inside an account we never leave. Everything after it happens inside a firm we never enter.
Click any stop to open it, at any point in the journey. Arrow keys move the line, space advances it.Tap any stop to open it, at any point in the journey.
60,000 entities from late 2028
The FCA takes AML supervision of around 60,000 legal and accounting entities at the back end of 2028, replacing the professional body model.
Intelligence led, technology enabled
Over 56 million records processed daily, AI used to flag high risk firms earlier, and a stated position that AI does not replace human judgment.
Insolvency sits inside the perimeter
The IPA sits within OPBAS. Insolvency practice sees distressed companies, asset movements and director conduct at exactly the point supervision is being pointed at.
Built for that model already
Every field carries its evidence class. Consent is two dated acts. Files arrive machine readable under BPCS/2026.01, validated against a central register. The appointment decision stays with the practitioner.
